How It All Started
For me (Rishabh), the idea behind Plot Potential came from countless real conversations. Whether I was at work, grabbing coffee, or chatting at a weekend BBQ—I kept hearing the same questions:

- Can I build a minor dwelling?
- Can I subdivide? How many lots?
- What if I want to add a garage or sleepout?
These weren't just casual thoughts. People were genuinely curious and ready to take the next step—but they didn't know where to begin.

That's how Plot Potential was born. What started as a sketch on paper quickly grew into a mission shared by all of us. Today, Plot Potential is built by a small, passionate team of planners, designers, engineers, and creatives who believe in doing things differently.

But that challenge is exactly what drew us in. Because if we could solve it here, we knew we could solve it anywhere.

It's a question I heard again and again. Not just from developers, but from everyday people—first-home buyers, downsizers, parents, and investors.
So I left my role within the system and decided to do something about it. I brought together a team of former council planners, engineers, and technologists.
